Slow then Fast: Like a Car

In many of the forms there are slower and faster sections or slower and faster movements. When turning the body moves slowly, like a car going around a corner. When the turn is finished the body can move faster in the straight line, again, like the car. When turning the arms are extended, they create a wall to protect the central part of the body.
